Mr. Wilberforce (super hero)

At night Mr. Wilberforce plays the super hero - and like all good super hero's, he wears a cape and belt and a shiny red logo in the shape of a star. Each morning after a night patrolling the shadows and wet alleys Mr. Wilberforce eats toast and jam, drinks strong black coffee followed by orange juice before folding his newspaper to the crossword which he never completes, answering on average no more than three questions.
